Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing, and storm damage — repaired properly, and only when a repair is genuinely the right answer.
Get a Free Repair EstimateNot every leak means a new roof. A roof with plenty of service life left and one failed penetration needs a repair, not a replacement, and any contractor who cannot tell you which situation you are in has not looked closely enough.
We repair roofs across Chattanooga, Hamilton County, and North Georgia — and we say so plainly when a repair will only buy a season. The difference usually comes down to three things: how old the roof is, whether the decking underneath is still sound, and whether the problem is isolated or the same failure repeating across the whole slope.
Water travels. It enters at one point, runs along decking or a rafter, and shows up somewhere else entirely — which is why chasing a ceiling stain straight up is the most common way a repair gets done twice. We get on the roof, inspect the penetrations and flashings upslope of the stain, check the attic side where we can, and find the entry point before quoting anything.
If the shingles are brittle and losing granules across the whole slope, if there are already two layers up there, if the decking has failed in more than one area, or if the same repair has been done twice already — a repair is throwing money at a roof that has ended. We would rather lose the small job than sell you one that fails next spring. If replacement is the honest answer, here is what that involves.
